No smoking and no pets allowed.

Bookings may be for two nights or more.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled 28 days or more before your arrival. No refunds will be given if cancelled within the 28 days, you fail to show up or leave early. Full Payment must be made in advance of the stay.
